1.3. Reservation requests are subject to availability.
1.4. The hotel reserves the right to cancel or modify a reservation if it appears that the guest has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or provided false or misleading information.
2.1. Payment for your reservation is due at the time of booking.
2.2. Payment must be made in the currency specified by the hotel.
2.3. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize your credit card prior to arrival.
3.1. Check-in time is 3:00 PM (15:00) and check-out time is 12.00 PM.
3.2. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
3.3. The hotel may require a valid government-issued ID or passport at check-in.
3.4. The hotel reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated or disruptive.
3.5. During the check-in process the guest may choose between the following options:
3.5.1a To provide the hotel with a valid credit or debit card as a guarantee upon arrival. Card details will be saved on a secure network, where there will be no access or intervention. The card will only be charged for any additional charges or damages that may occur during your stay and are not settled on spot. Or
3.5.1b To leave a deposit of €50 per day for the period of their stay in cash. This amount will be offset against any additional charges guest’s account. Any open balance will be refunded upon check-out, or
3.5.1c To have no option of charging any extras on the rooms’ account, and to settle any bill directly on spot in each department.
4.1. Guests are responsible for any damage to the hotel property during their stay.
4.2. Guests must comply with all hotel policies and procedures, as well as any applicable laws.
4.3. Smoking is prohibited in specific hotel rooms.
4.4. Pets are not allowed unless otherwise specified by the hotel.
4.5. The hotel reserves the right to charge additional fees for excessive cleaning or damage caused by guests.
5.1. The hotel respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.
5.2. The hotel collects and uses your personal information in accordance with its privacy policy, which is available on our website.
6.1. The hotel is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur during your stay, except to the extent that such loss, damage, or injury is caused by the hotel’s negligence.
6.2. The hotel is not liable for any loss or damage to personal property left in guest rooms or public areas.
6.3. The hotel is not responsible for any errors or omissions on its website or other marketing materials.
