Check-In & Check Out

Check-in on the day of your arrival is from 15:00. If you arrive earlier, you can store your baggage and change in the departure lounge to start using the facilities of the Resort. The room is yours until 12:00 on your day of departure. Early check-in/late check-out (surcharge), is subject to availability. Please consult us.

Pool Operating Hours

With eight different pools to choose from, Neptune is an aquatic paradise. All come with sun loungers, umbrellas, and soul-soothing views. Spend your mornings soaking in the Mediterranean sun. Operating hours for outdoor pools are from 07:00 - 19:00.

Wifi

Want to stay connected with the world and your friends? Maybe you even have to work a little while you’re on holiday. It is easy at Neptune. Free, fast and secure Wi-Fi access is provided throughout the resort’s grounds. There is also an Internet Lounge with several computers at your disposal free of charge.

Hotel Accessibility

Everybody should be allowed to experience their vacations to the fullest, regardless of their mobility issues. Consider your summer reading list complete with a visit to the resort’s library corner. Located in the lobby, our reading collection features a selection of books ranging from history to fantasy and fiction, that will stimulate your intellect and arouse your imagination.

Pool/Beach Towels

Collect your beach/pool towels from the two towel exchange points (next to the Mini Market and the Osteria Restaurant). Each guest will receive one towel. You may exchange your towel for a fresh one as many times as you like daily. Operating hours: Near the Mini Market: 10:00 - 18:00 hrs., near the Osteria: 08:00 - 16:30 hrs.

Doctor’s Office

The doctor's office is conveniently located in the Main Building on the lower ground floor, right below the Reception area. The doctor is a private practitioner, and this service is offered for an additional fee. The doctor is on hand to assist with any non-emergency health needs. For emergency care, the Kos hospital is just a 20- minute drive away. Doctor's consultation hours are 09:00 - 11:00 & 17:00 - 19:00 hrs.

Private Transfer

First impressions count! Avoid the hassle of queuing for a taxi or bus as soon as you set foot at Kos’ busy airport. Arrive at the Resort in style and comfort, with a modern, fully air-conditioned vehicle, driven by an English- speaking licensed professional. Please ask at the reception.

Parking

Do you want to rent a car to explore this island’s many beauties? There is no need to worry about parking when you're returning to your home-away-from-home at Neptune, after a day’s worth of discoveries. Stay with us and enjoy the comfort of free parking.

To rent a car, please refer to our partner agency Kosmos; the counter is located in the hotel lobby. If you prefer to explore the island on a scooter, please contact our staff at reception.
